Remote Root Access to MySql

To help me remember:

mysql -u root
mysql> SET PASSWORD FOR 'ROOT'@'LOCALHOST" = PASSWORD('new_password');
mysql> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'root'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'password' WITH GRANT OPTION;
mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
mysql> exit;
